The ideal team for this event is composed of 3 to 5 participants from the same Maison. We recommend to include diverse backgrounds, such as:

With a well structured and diverse team you are set for success because you will have a 360 view of your use-case.

DELIVERABLES

The use cases expected as outcome of this challenge will be a fully framed business problem to be solved via Artificial Intelligence and Predictive analytics techniques. A complete use case will have to include:

Business Plan

The business plan is the PPT document the team will rely on to convince the jury of the desirability, viability and feasibility of their use-case during the pitches.

It’s a bit like the pitching deck of a startup trying to raise funds! The jury expect to see the classic pitching deck structure: use-case purpose, problem, solution, why now, market potential, financials, competition / alternatives, team, financials, vision, etc.

Feel free to modify the classic structure to maximize your chances to win!


Pitch

Each team will present their business plan in front of a Jury composed of various executives. You will only have 5 min to pitch. Prepare well you speaker(s) for the D-Day to convince the Jury!

WINNING PRIZE

The winning team’s project will be incubated to accelerate its launch

Financial Help

LVMH will contribute up to 30.000 € to make the winning team’s project a reality.

Joint Development

LVMH will support the implementation of winning team’s project with both its resources and frameworks.

Visibility

The winning team’s project will be expose to a broad audience across the group (C-Levels, Internal Community Events, Catalog of Use-Cases, etc)

JURY SELECTION CRITERIAS

The jury will evaluate each team’s business plan and pitch to select the winning project. You can find below their 4 main evaluation criteria's:

Desirability

Does the solution solve the most important pain point faced by the Maison?

Viability

Does the solution brings high, recurrent and stable profits over time?

Feasibility

Can the solution be implemented in the next 6 months?

What do I need to prepare before jan 26 ?

I have one important meeting during one of the sessions, what can I do ?

We expect participants to commit to stay during the full duration of the event. If you really cannot make it, please contact the organizing team (Felix and Moez) by e-mail. We will find a solution for you.

Can a Maison build several teams?

Yes! We do have a few maison in this case.

I will be participating as a mentor. Do I need to register ?

Yes ! Any user of the collaborative platform needs to register to have access.

Where can I see who is my coach an designer?

Coaches and designers will be announced soon. Stay tuned!

Can our team gather physically to work during the event?

Yes, as long as it is safe for your team and covid-19 safety measures are respected.
